Hi everyone, I hope you're all well and had a lovely weekend 🩷

Lots of you already know that since my daughter moved schools, I've been doing longer days and hours at the studio. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago my back went and I was in so much pain I could barely walk, which meant I had to reschedule some clients. Thankfully that seems to have settled down for now! 🙌

Then I woke up last Friday morning and couldn't move my bloody neck! I have quite a high pain threshold, but Jaysus this hurt... to the point I was blubbing, and I don't cry! 🤦‍♀️

After a trip to the hospital, they said it was Torticollis, and they believe it's likely been brought on by my job and the strain of working in the same position for long periods of time. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to reschedule Friday's appointments too.

I've been following their advice this weekend and doing my best to recover for this week's clients. It's definitely improving, but I'm still struggling with movement, headaches and some pain.

I think for now I'm going to have to pull back from working the longer hours and give myself a little more time to rest in between appointments, because my bloomin' body won't keep up with my mind! 😅

Those that know me know I'm not a mess around, and rescheduling appointments is something I avoid at all costs. The only reason I started working longer days was to reduce waiting times and fit more of you in, but unfortunately my body has given me a bit of a reality check.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been so understanding when I've had to move appointments and for all your well wishes. I genuinely appreciate every single one of you. 🙏

And for anyone who didn't wish to reschedule, I completely understand. You blocked out time for me too, arranged your day and travelled, and I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Going forward, I'll be listening to my body a little more and scaling things back where needed so I can continue doing what I love and giving every client the time, care and attention they deserve.

Will be jumping on admin today and catching up!

Hey hey my beautiful people! I hope you're all well 💜

I know I’ve been super quiet on socials lately… my last post was way back in April! I'm still alive I promise! 😂🙈

Those who know me know that social media always seems to take a back seat because I’m usually fully focused on my clients and creating beautiful brows, eyeliner, lashes & treatments behind the scenes 🫶 and honestly, I’m incredibly grateful to be so busy doing what I love.

I’ve actually been off since Friday having a much needed little break, but typical me has crammed in every personal appointment possible as well as some fun stuff too! I will be back at the studio on Tuesday 🙌

With it being half term, I’ve been a little slower replying to messages and enquiries than normal.
I’m planning to properly catch up tomorrow/Friday, so thank you so much for your patience if you’re waiting on a reply from me 💕

This client came to me with pmu brows done elsewhere that had healed too dark and heavy for her natural features, so we hit the reset button!

6 weeks later…

➡️ Old pigment lifted
➡️ Brows softer & more natural
➡️ Finished with a fresh wax & tidy

She’s now enjoying her own brows again, and she’s absolutely made up 🥹 (so am I!)

Honestly…

Not every case is one session.
Pigments vary, and we don’t always know what’s been used, so some brows will need multiple sessions for safe, gradual removal. It's a process, but absolutely worth it 👌

Our beautiful Pheobe turned 18 today! I can't quite wrap my head around it. From the cute little curly-haired girl on the left… to the incredible young woman she is today 🥹

We’ve had such a lovely day together celebrating her! 🥳

College finishes this year and the next stop is University. She’s kind, determined, funny, talented and absolutely smashing life. We couldn’t be prouder of the woman she’s becoming 🥰
