🌳Join us at the first of a series of public forums: People's Forest Panel!

When: 6.15pm-8.15pm, Wed, 8th July
Where: Chingford Community Hub

Supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, as part our Epping Forest Together programme, this will be the first of a series of public forums where we will be seeking people’s views on, and discussing, Forest matters, to help shape and inform EFHT’s policy positions about the Forest – for example in relation to speed limits on Forest roads, or how best to protect the Forest from adjacent development.

This conversation will focus on access to, from and around . It is in anticipation of the City of London Corporation's planned consultation on a visitor management strategy for Epping Forest, and will inform our response to any future public consultation.

We aim for the conversation to be expansive, covering...
• What do people really appreciate about access to the Forest at the moment?
• What should the City of London Corporation and local authorities do more of?
• Do people have any areas of concern around access to the Forest or visitor management?
• A stepped-back approach to thinking about what people might expect a visitor management strategy to cover.

Take care of your mental health this Pride Month! At elop, our HeadsOut Service provides LGBTQ+ mental health crisis prevention, intervention and support 🌈🏳️‍⚧️

When things get difficult, we may feel unable to cope and find it impossible to believe that things will get better. If this is familiar to you then it may help to develop your own Mental Health Plan.

Mental health plans are developed over 6 weekly sessions to create a personalised toolbox to help you feel more in control. These weekly sessions occur online over a video call which means much greater convenience for you.
