I would like to offer a new YIN YOGA class, at the welcome hall in ilkeston every Tuesday at 6pm. I have 1 lady interested, I would need at least five people. I am very passionate about YIN YOGA. Please book with me as you won’t look back that you tried this lovely gentle style of yoga. Suitable for beginners, and for most people with back or joint problems. All you need is a mat and a little courage to come along. Please 🙏 message me for more details 🧘‍♂️

I am a YIN yoga teacher, my background was a Intensive Care Nurse, specialising in spinal Injuries. MND. I believe that yoga helped me through my career not to of developed any physical injuries, it also helped my mind, as for such a stressful career path. Now I would like to dedicate my time to helping others.

I trained in YIN YOGA with Sarah Lo, completing Level 1, 2, 3, finishing my 100 hours of training in 2019. This included Mindfulness and Meditation.

YIN yoga is a very gentle practice, holding the postures for longer, it has become a very popular practice, this practice allows you to work deeper, yin tissues or ligaments, joints, deep facial networks and even our bones. All of our tissues need to be exercised to achieve our optimal health and vitality.
