I had a great session with one of my regulars today.
Due to her job and vigorous exercise regime, Nic has problems with neck and shoulder discomfort- coupled with needing to keep her muscles loose and able to support her with pre marathon training!
She had massage to her legs- both front and back also her back neck and shoulders, combined with acupuncture prior to each area.
We added a couple of cups to particularly troubled areas to ease the knots.
I bet she'll sleep well tonight!
