✨ Important Update: Introduction of Colour Service Deposits ✨
Dear valued clients,
To continue providing the highest level of service and to protect the time and income of our commission-based stylists, we will be introducing a deposit system for all colour appointments, effective immediately.
Why the change?
Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our small business. When a colour appointment is cancelled without notice, the stylist loses valuable income and we often cannot fill the space in time. These lost hours affect both the salon and the individual stylist who relies on booked appointments for their livelihood.
How the deposit works:
A deposit is required when booking any colour service.
Deposits are fully redeemable at your appointment — it simply comes off your total.
If you prefer, it can also be kept on your account for future bookings.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit fully transferred or refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited.
