2 weeks ago I had a desperate message from a Bride who’s hairdresser for her wedding hair cancelled her entire wedding party 2 weeks before her big day. I had done one of the bridesmaids wedding hair when she got married, so they contacted me. Luckily, it was my weekend off so was able to pull this in last minute. Only took pictures of 6 out of the 8 people and didn’t manage to get a proper picture of a couple of them as I had not finished the front loose hair when the photos were taken so please ignore those little bits, I did finish them after they had make up and dresses on, just didn’t get time to take new photos. So pleased I was able to help this beautiful Bride and her lovely bridesmaids.

A very long 7 hour session for the lovely Lola today but worth every second of it. 3 years of black box dyes built up, lifted out just enough to create a gorgeous brown base but without compromising any condition in the hair. Even managed to pop a few lighter highlights through to spice it up a little. 😍

I have a client booked in for colour on Thursday this week, 13thJune at 1pm, however, the clients name on the booking is not the client that is booked in 🙈. If you have this appointment booked with me, could you please contact me to confirm so I can put the correct name in the appointment as I don’t want to not show up for your appointment. 😕. Sorry, not often I make a mistake with bookings but unfortunately, it occasionally happens. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Thanks guys # # #

Beautiful transformation this afternoon. Wish I’d taken a before photo, from faded Copper/Brown to stunning caramel/blonde balayage 😍.

Update: they have temporarily turned the texts off on my system whilst they are working on finding out when it is sending 4 reminders out instead of 2 🙈. He’s hoping to resolve the issue over the next 12 hours 🤞🏻. This is why I never bothered using it in the first place 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️. Thanks for your patience everyone 😊xx

Hi guys! Just a quick one! Please do not confirm your appointments by replying to the text reminders! It appears it is charging people even though I was told it wouldn’t! 😩🙈. I will only need you to message me directly if you need to rearrange or cancel the appointments! Any charges you have incurred, I will deduct from your next bill! Sorry about this guys. I have emailed through a complaint about this.

I have finally started to use my booking system to its full potential as I have been paying a lot of money on this system for the last 8 + years but not using any of the features that I pay for 🙈🙄. This means, if I have your mobile number in my system, you will now receive a reminder/confirmation text message both 3 days before and the day before your appointments. This will come from a foreign number as it is a computer generated text. You will be required to respond to the first text to grant permission for my system to send you reminders.
