This feels like a full circle moment. I have been a member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists since the very beginning of my journey, and from day one, the goal was always this: to build a space that could reach beyond borders, beyond languages, beyond geography.

A space that could touch souls, shift mindsets and soothe the nervous system. My work has always sat at the intersection of body, mindset and soul, and now my accreditations reflect exactly that.

I have combined all these skills into an Online Mentoring Programme available to clients worldwide.

Each service can be taken independently, and each one is also a natural step towards the next. Combined, they create a complete journey of clarity, motivation and transformation, so that you can truly live in prosperity.

I still can't quite believe I built this from my own transformation, and that I now support others in their own.

I arrived in the Scottish Highlands 11 years ago with just £65, no English, and completely lost.

Over the years I trained in five techniques, each suited to a different kind of tension:

- Swedish Massage, the Classical
Long, flowing strokes to ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of ease.

- Hot Stones Massage
Warmth and pressure combined to melt away deep tension and bring a slower, grounded sense of relaxation.

- Indian Head Massage
Works the scalp, neck, and shoulders: ideal for mental fatigue, tension headaches, and a clearer mind.

- Foot Reflexology
Targeted pressure on the feet to support relaxation and overall balance throughout the body.

- Thai Foot Massage
A blend of stretching and pressure-point work for the feet and lower legs, leaving you lighter and more grounded.

Who is the Cape Verdean 🇨🇻 Woman behind the business

The one who transformed 1% chance in 100% possibilities.

Every day, I put on this blue.

It was never random.

When I chose this colour for my uniform, I chose it on purpose, the same blue as our country flag.

The blue of Cape Verde 🇨🇻, the colour of the Atlantic Ocean that surrounds my islands, the sky that watched my ancestors survive what should have been unsurvivable, the vastness that carried them across waters in search of a life they could not yet see.

It is also the blue of the Tubarões Azuis, the Blue Sharks, the symbol of our national football team. Powerful. Resilient. Built to move through deep waters and still find their way home.

I wanted to carry my homeland with me, wherever I went.

So every time I wear this uniform, I am wearing my roots on my back. Every session, every hands on treatment, every soul I tend to, I carry that ocean, that sky, that resilience with me, intentionally.

I am Cape Verde 🇨🇻 walking through every room I enter, on purpose, every single day.

Who is the Cape Verdean 🇨🇻 Woman behind the business

This week I turn 40, yes I am a baby of 1986.

And I want to take a moment to reintroduce myself since I now have quite a few new connections.

I was born in Cape Verde 🇨🇻 — and thanks to the World Cup Football, I no longer need to explain it. The world is now beginning to see it in a new light. I too had Vozinhas as ancestrals and as my best references and inspirations, as the majority of Cape Verdeans have.

If you have been watching the football lately, you may have noticed the name. A small nation. A big soul. A people who carry their culture, their warmth and their resilience wherever they go. The best seeds planted in the most fertile soils.

From the Atlantic Ocean to Atlanta city to the world!

I am one of those people.

I left Cape Verde, first to study in Portugal. After failing countless times, I decided to change my environment, new land, new culture, new language, NO money!
I came and built a life in Scotland in 2015 and somehow, with hard work and relentless determination, I am still here, standing firm and steady.
After my first training in London 6+ years ago, I have been quietly building something that was always meant to be bigger than one room. Something meant to be global thanks to digital tools.

Today, I am ready to say it out loud.

I am stepping into Online Mentoring serving women 30+ now also in English 🇬🇧.

This Mentoring journey started years ago when I first mentored my first Capeverdean woman in Criole 🇨🇻, watched her flourish, and also using Portuguese 🇵🇹.

Three languages. Three communities. One mission.

My work is based on emotional health and the courage to become the protagonist of your own life. So you can live what is your own Prosperity.

This is not just a business expansion.

This is me, finally, taking up the space to step into my purpose — doing what sparks my soul and in the process helping other women occupy their place with full self-worth.

There is no life where there is no emotional health — but real expansion begins with the inner work, and I have done mine. The next level, we do it together.
