Going forward I have set some policies in place, please read this carefully before booking.

A minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change your appointment is required.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of treatment cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of treatment cost.

To avoid these charges please contact me before the 24 hours to arrange a more suitable appointment for you. This also means I have time to fill the unneeded appointment.
I understand that some circumstances don’t come with notice, so I will do my best to work with you in the case of emergencies.
