Sessions are led by fully qualified NHS Physio Therapists, but there is absolutely no pressure placed on anyone.

Oh, did we forget to say? Been a Braveheart isn't all work and no play. Theatre, 10 pin bowling, afternoon teas, busy busy bees.
Looking forward to next weekend, we are visiting Boleskine House, followed by a picnic. Hoping the Sun returns before then.
Is the thought of exercise terrifying?
Or is going to the gym a daunting prospect? Then, why not join us instead? A safe evironment, friendly faces, with a little gentle exercise. Come along and meet like minded folk, have a blether, join in with some of the guided exercises. Above all feel welcome.

Our AGM Will be Held on Monday 16th March in the Chieftain Hotel Millburn Road Inverness at 6pm. Why not come along for a Tea and a blether, find out what we are all about. Hint it has nothing to do with Hollywood or Mel Gibson. Hope to see you there.
