Hey everyone ! Hope you are all good 🤩

Jus wanted to pop on and say a big thank you to everyone for keeping me so busy 🥰

I try my hardest to fit everyone in, working extra days and late nights to keep clients happy 🤩😎

Just a gentle reminder that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy , over the last few weeks there’s been quite a few last minute cancelations which I understand it happens and things come up but it’s why I have the policy in place I feel 24 hours Is a fair amount of time to let me know so I can book someone else in who needs the slot. ❤️

No shows or last minute cancellations because people forget what day they’ve booked can make me a little stressed and obviously lose money which isn’t ideal being a small business and how expensive everything is these days 😅this is why people will be charged if I’ve not been given notice.

I don’t like charging people and I don’t want to have to set up the deposits again as 9/10 everything runs really smoothly! But the system will automatically stop people booking if it’s a recurring thing 🥲

I try my best and get back to messages but some days especially Sundays I like to just switch off and enjoy time with my family but I do reply to everyone in due course . 😬

This isn’t a rant post at all I’m just putting it out there that’s what the booking policy is and people just to try and remember what days and times you have booked I do have texts and emails that go out as reminders 🥰

Hey everyone !!

Hope your all good and enjoying the October holidays ✈️🫶🏻

As you all know my little girl was unwell and we now have a date for her operation. 🫶🏻 Tuesday 29th October , all going well she won’t be in hospital for long, but I’d highly advise that people get booked in now to avoid dissapointment.

All back to school haircuts will need booked in asap 🥰💈

Obviously if I need to move people I will do so in due course but I’m hoping all will go well and she will be on the mend quickly! ❤️

Because of this I’ll be opening up some more slots (so if what’s on the app doesn’t suit) please don’t hesitate to message me and I’ll try my best to help 🤩

I’ve sadly made the decision to leave THE BARBER LOUNGE at NoFilter 🥺

With my daughter being unwell and needing me at home more it’s been a rough few weeks , and with more upcoming appointment’s I felt like this is the best thing to do going forward 🥹

I’ve Absolutley loved my time at no filter and will miss all the girls very much! I’ve made some life long friends in there, and they mean a lot to me! ❤️

I can’t thank Lauren Skelton enough she’s been amazing ❤️

My child is my priority and I’ve always been very work driven! I love my job and what I do ! 🫶🏻 but I will still be cutting hair don’t worry my nearcut system will be updated soon 🙏🏻

I know I still have a lot of messages to reply to and clients to re arrange and I thank you all for being patient with me in these times ! It means a lot 🫶🏻

I hope everyone will understand my decision and support me going forward 🫶🏻

Hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays! I’ve been so busy and working so late to get you all looking good for holidays , belladrum festivals etc! Jus been amazing and I can’t thank you all enough for keeping me so busy!
