Just travelling back from Ireland where my stepdad was laid to rest with my granny and grandad this weekend ❤️

I took this lovely sunset photo as my brother and I were walking down to my granny and grandads old house Saturday night - amazing how a place can hold so many memories!! It’ll be 19 years since I was last there for my granny’s funeral ❤️

I absolutely adored my granny, she was the loveliest warmest person. She had zero vanity, and nothing she wore particularly matched 😄 but she just looked the loveliest to me! I just loved her face, so much warmth and character and she’s so much part of the reason I want to go down the natural route of ageing.

I love this photo as it’s very rare one of her naturally smiling for the camera 🥰

Her lovely face is what Rama is all about, where the light and fun and warmth of who you are shines through and makes you the most beautiful to the people who love you # # #

A few times a week - find a beautiful smelling oil of your choice, massage into clean skin (face & neck) for a few mins, breathing calmly and deeply as you go, cleanse away with a hot cloth (I like to pop my cold feet in a warm foot bath while I’m doing it too), moisturise etc as normal - thank me later! 🥰❤️🌷
