Salon Opening Guidelines

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late this will affect your allocated time and I may have to cancel your appointment.
Timings need to be extremely strict and showing up late means that cleaning time will be shortened for my next client, going against guidelines.

I am not allowed to have anyone wait in the salon. If you arrive early, you will need to wait outside or in your car until your appointment time.

You will be asked to use the sanitiser provided as you enter the salon. Please come with your hair freshly washed (no need to be wet) and free of product as we are unable to use the back wash basins at this time. Also masks must be worn at all times, if you don not have a mask I can provide you with one for a small charge.

You must come alone to your appointment. No friends, family or children are allowed to come with you. (Unless your child has an appointment.)

I am not allowed to provide you with magazines, so please remember to bring your kindle, iPad, phone etc. (I have free WiFi)
I cannot provide refreshments, so please feel free to bring your own. There will be no eating in the salon due to guidelines.

Please do not come to your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. These include, a new continuous cough, a high temperature or a change or loss of sense of taste or smell.

I know it is all a bit new and strange but it is important we all stay safe 🙂
