As many of you know, I recently changed my booking system, and it hasn’t come without a few teething problems 🙈

Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that a couple of appointments were missed during the migration. If you’ve booked an appointment, received a confirmation email from Fresha, but have NOT received one from Booksolo, please get in touch so I can personally confirm that your appointment is in my diary.

If, unfortunately, I’m no longer able to offer that appointment, I’ll do my very best to get you booked in at the next available slot. I am opening additional hours/days to accommodate this.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and I take full accountability.

I’ll be switching my booking system from Fresha to Booksolo over the coming days. This means that all future appointment confirmations and emails will now come from Booksolo instead.
