Cancellation policy

Just a polite reminder to all my clients that I do have a 24hr cancellation policy

I totally understand that things can happen at short notice and not everything goes to plan & as you know I work on a self employed basis so if you don't show up I don't get paid

From now on any cancellation within 24hrs will require full payment & no new appointments will be made until this is paid
