Well after a really tough few months and totally ignoring my forever page it's time to look towards 2017. Another year lots of new challenges but hopefully lots of positive ones! Today's post gym brunch is banana, smooth organic pb, a squeeze of honey and of course a scoop of vanilla forever lite ultra. The beauty of this stuff is its tasty enough to blend with literally anything to make smoothies unlike some proteins that have a very chemically twang to them
