Words have ✨energy and power✨they have the ability to heal, hurt, help, humiliate and they have the power to be humble. Words are energetic imprints, they are energetic expressions, these are in fact a living thing. The words we are habitually using and saying to ourselves on the reg are creating our own reality, be careful and conscious in what you put out there to the universe with the words you speak. Your words are influencing and planting seeds and creating your reality my lovelies. 🥀

My point to this post today is that words are power and we are the keepers and in control of this power, whether we speak, hear, think, read negative words they have an impact. Using kind words and words that inspire you on a daily basis will change your thoughts and your energy and therefor your actions!! Attracting all of the wonderful positive energy to you and your life, so please try one thing for me today.

Start with saying ONE positive and kind word or sentence over and over a few times today, write it down even or even an affirmation starting with ✨“I am”.✨I personally love the I AM’S there’s a great sense of power in them.
