No need to get dressed up if you don't want to. Come in your comfies, pjs, slippers, no makeup, no judgement! It will just be you and me

Having suffered with anxiety and depression myself | understand just how daunting it can be coming to a new environment and meeting new faces. So I can even offer silent treatements if you prefer where you can just enjoy a quiet, relaxing appointment with minimal to no conversation.
