We have a new cancellation policy universally here at LP, please read.
We have had to present this new policy as we have had a number of cancellations and no shows over the past few months since returning from the coronavirus lockdowns.
When you don’t turn up to an appointment or you cancel last minute leaving us no time to fill gaps, it effects us as a buisness massively especially as the majority of my staff are self employed, but not only that it makes it unfair for the people on the waiting list when we are not given enough time to fill the appointment.
Last month we as a salon team had 36 appointments that were either no shows or last minute cancellations.

We as a team don’t want clients to think we are being unfair but covid has been a massive hit on the salon. This policy has been put in to place to protect our businesses.

We appreciate you returning to us after this tough year and supporting us and hope you understand our reasoning for this decision

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**
Even though the government are relaxing face covering rules from the 19th, we will be continuing to wear face coverings and we ask for clients to do so too for at least another month. We will then re-access in a months time.
With football antics there has been a rise in coronavirus outbreaks and we want to make sure our clients are safe!

**DON’T FORGET SKIN TEST DAY AT LP ON 12th APRIL**
After an announcement on 5th we should know if we can open the doors 12th April. If we can then 12th April will be a skin test day 9am-8pm at the salon all day, where you can drop in any time and get your skin tests completed.
You can not have a colour service at the salon moving forward without a skin test.
So please come down when ever suitable that day

Hi everyone, after the latest announcement we as a salon will hopefully be re-opening on 12th April!!!! Fingers crossed.

I will personally be in touch with all of my clients in the order that you were booked in from January to reschedule your appointments. However, this won’t be until roughly 5th April as we need to know for certain that we can open the following week to avoid having to change your appointments around twice.

Just a little update for when we go back to the salon next week!
Unfortunately we can not accept any clients from tier 4 when we go back under the current measures, so if you are from any of the below areas then please call to rearrange your appointments to a later date in hope that the measures may change

We are So happy to announce we can reopen on 5th January as tier 3 means we are safe to open!
