This is super relaxing end of week experience includes 2 hours on the water at the mesmerising Greencastle beach, followed by a stunning sunset, a gourmet BBQ, a campfire with tunes and craic, and some prosecco and beers to wash it all down with. MEGA EVENING, SUPER CHILLLLLLLLLL.

● SUP AND SAUNA EXPERIENCE, CARLINGFORD, SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER, 11AM - 2PM, OVER 18S ONLY

This is our most IMMERSIVE SUP session. 2 hours on the waters of Carlingford Lough, followed by an amazing Sauna, cold sea dip and cold whirlpool bath experience with our pals over at . This is one of our most amazing experiences, embrace the cold sea water to rejuvenate your soul and then heat up in the toasty Sauna afterwards. The perfect way to look after your body and soul on a lovely Autumn weekend 🙂

● PADDLE BOARD AT CRANFIELD (OR NEARBY), WITH ENVIRONMENTAL TALK, SATURDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER 2PM - 4PM.
