Keto again, been off for a while. But here we are again.

Here I go started again.

Been on holiday for the past 10 days my birthday week. Put on 7 1/2 lbs.
Bar lunches, drinks out with friends, chinese takeaways, 4 boxes of chocolates and birthday cake.
Weigh in Monday started back on Tuesday. By weigh in Wednesday I had lost 5lbs!!!
Never ever lost this much in a month never mind a day.

Started here 4 weeks before christmas and made it to here for christmas. I fell off the wagon. Until last week. Let's get back in this
