Just thought I'd leave a little update regarding certain health issues.

As most of you are aware I tested positive for Rheumatoid arthritis 2 years ago after being unwell for a while, which was a massive shock and a huge blow.

I had a review last week and there is good news and bad news. Fortunately I do not have Rheumatoid arthritis however I do have fibromyalgia.

I'm still taking my medication which really helps and trying not to over do it where I can.
There's no cure it can only be managed as best as possible.

It's disheartening but I got my head around it long ago.
