Please note there will be no sound bath this friday, but we do have another at the beach on 29th July for the full moon x

A massive thank you to everyone who turned up to our summer solstice sound bath at Old Hunstanton Beach - over 230 people came to relax to the instruments. The rain was present but added to the experience as most people said they felt it was cleansing.

£600 raised for RNLI - thank you so much for your generosity!

We have booked same time (ish) and same place next year - we may even be able to squeeze another in this summer (just awaiting a response from the land owner).

Trauma and the Nervous System

Did you know your body feels trauma before your brain knows about it?

Ever had heart burn or knots in your stomach when you are stressed or anxious?

Your vagus nerve connects your body to your brain - going from your brain stem right down to your colon.
Bringing your vagus nerve back in to regulation can help the body feel safe!

Breathing techniques can help with this.
The longer out breath allows the nerve to pass the message on that things are 'safe'. Vibrations from humming can help regulate the nerve too.

Have a go at these breathing techniques each day to bring your nervous system back into regulation 💜

This course allows you to officially teach others, attune them and qualify them on their Reiki journey.
It isn't for everyone - some people just like to practice themselves.
