As my business continues to grow, I want to thank each and every one of you for your ongoing support. ❤️

Unfortunately, late cancellations, no-shows, and arriving late to appointments have a significant impact on my small business. When an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it leaves a space that is often impossible to fill, affecting both my time and income.

To help me continue providing the best possible service to all my clients, I kindly ask that everyone takes a moment to read and familiarise themselves with my Beauty Treatment Booking & Late Arrival Policy.

📌 Please remember:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in line with the booking policy.
• Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, while the full treatment fee still applies.
• Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.

These policies are in place to protect my business, respect the time of other clients, and ensure appointments run smoothly for everyone.
