🚗 Friendly Reminder on the Car Park 🚗

We would like to kindly remind all clients that the car park is now owned and managed by a private company. They operate a system that issues fines for vehicles staying longer than 40 minutes, unless your vehicle registration has been entered on the salon iPad during your appointment.

On arrival, please ensure you enter your vehicle registration on the iPad located at the front desk.

Please note that the car park is completely separate from the salon and is not managed by us. Unfortunately, this means that any parking fines issued are outside of our control, and we are unable to assist with resolving them.

If you do receive a parking fine, all queries, complaints, or appeals must be directed to the parking management company directly. Your Fresha booking confirmation may be helpful to include if you decide to submit an appeal.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping avoid any parking issues.

We have included the signage with contact details of the company to address any issues.

I just wanted to let you know that from 2026, my working hours will be changing slightly.

All existing appointments are absolutely fine and will go ahead as booked, so no worries there 🤍
Any new appointments made for 2026 onwards will need to be scheduled within my updated working hours.
