My skin is feeling the impact of freezing weather and having the heating on all day. I’ve been trying my best to keep on top of it.
*the basics are to cleanse tone and moisturise each morning and evening. Harsh chemical cleansers will strip your skin of its natural oils and make your skin red and dehydrated.
*Use a face mask once or twice a week to help plump your skin and give it the extra boost it needs to prevent redness, flakiness and sometimes soreness. I even used it on my hair last night as my scalp feels a bit dry.
*your skin repairs in an evening so this is the perfect time to to ramp up the moisture. I use s as hydration serum, eye dream butter balm and skin dream which increases the production of collagen in my skin to help plump the fine lines which are unfortunately enhanced when you have dry skin.
