What Face workout REALLY is?
My first SIGNATURE facial treatment inspired by brand FaceGym (I love them) !!

A beautifully balanced mixture of lymphatic drainage and face massage !
Using manual techniques, gentle cupping and GuaSha tools helps me to give you the best, visual results.
Often we don't realize how much tension and inflammation we hold in our lovely faces.
But guess what... Our facial muscles are tensing up like our body muscles, the only difference is that they're smaller.

If you noticed a "puffy" face in the morning, dull/grey skin, face asymmetry, double chin, more wrinkles or your skin is not that firm anymore or maybe something else, this treatment is for YOU!
Improving circulation and maintaining lymph flow can make a huuuuge difference.

What else? It can help(!) with symptoms of TMJ dysfunction, bruxism or teeth grinding (tight muscles).

What actually is THE lymphatic drainage?
Long story short... This is a very powerful treatment that makes your body HEALTHY.
Mainly through balancing the nervous system and helping clear out the body from toxins and inflammation.
My signature MLD starts with body brushing which 'switches on' the nervous and lymphatic system for more benefits after each session.

Who is it for? EVERYONE!
These days -sadly- it's impossible to stay away from toxins. We eat/drink them, inhale them and even apply them on. More or less, toxins always affect our body.
Even more if you don't move enough, or have static/ one-position lifestyle.

The lymphatic system doesn't have a pump to help with flow so it needs to use MUSCLES to improve flow.
Plus... a lot of water to push toxins out :)
