One of the hardest jobs we've ever had to do.
Her whole head was nearly fully matted.
4.5 hours later with 2 of us working continuously and another helping out in the last hour and we finally had the finished result.
This lady had spent a long time in hospital where her hair didn’t get brushed which led to her hair being totally matted. She did so well sitting for all that time whilst we worked at getting all the matting out. It looks like a different head of hair. We were so proud of ourselves for helping her out, as she had been turned away from multiple salons, and managing to achieve what we did all in one sitting.
