Joanna walked into the salon feeling a little fed up. For years, she’d been chasing that perfect blonde, never quite light enough, never blended the way she dreamed. Each visit left her wishing for more softness, more brightness, and a colour that finally felt like her.

This was Joanna’s first appointment with us and shared her vision, light, creamy balayage. Something low-maintenance that would last her throughout the year, keeping her natural tones but gently breaking up the depth that had started to feel too heavy. What she wanted most was effortless and brightened hair that felt sun-kissed, lived-in, and beautifully her own.

The shadow of depth was softened, replaced with ribbons of creamy blonde that melted seamlessly into her natural base. Her balayage wasn’t just a colour; it was confidence, lightness, and freedom from bimonthly upkeep which quite a lot of our client want to avoid.

Joanna left the salon glowing, not just because of her brighter hair, but because she finally felt like she was listened too and the brief was met.
