For my Microblading work I’ve been using

I’m very fussy when it comes to pigments. I need the consistency to be just right so it clings to the blade, allowing me to work neatly and see exactly where every stroke is sitting.

I also need pigments that implant easily and hold well in the skin, because I work very gently and rarely do more than two passes. Less trauma to the skin generally means better healing and softer, more natural results.

Most importantly, I need pigments that age well. These heal true to tone, retain beautifully and fade softly over time without becoming ashy, muddy or overly saturated.

People often say an artist should never blame their tools, and I agree. But having the right tools definitely helps. Great healed results start with great pigments.
