Kim and Linzi have limited slots available for hair and nail appointments, so if you're hoping for a spot, reach out to us ASAP! 🌟

🚨 We kindly urge everyone to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy, which will now be strictly enforced. Lately, we've experienced numerous last-minute cancellations, some even with only a 5-minute notice. With a growing waitlist of eager customers, please keep this in mind. ⏰

Just a quick reminder of our cancellation policy:
🔹 Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling an appointment, allowing us enough time to try and fill the gap.
🔹 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
🔹 No-shows will be charged the full price of the appointment booked and invoiced accordingly.

Over the last couple of weeks we have unfortunately had to turn away clients that haven’t booked appointments in advance due to no availability.

To avoid disappointment, we would recommend booking your appointments in advance.

As we enter our busiest time of the year we just wanted to remind all clients of our cancellation policy.

We kindly ask all clients to allow 48hrs notice to cancel an appointment. This allows us enough time to try and fill the space.

No shows will be charged and invoiced the full price of the appointment booked.

We are sorry that we have had to implement a cancellation policy, however as a small business we cannot keep our costs as low as possible for you all without implementing this.
