✨ CANCELLATION POLICY ✨

We would like to remind our clients of our cancellation policy. Please note that as a small business we do have to enforce this.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to someone else, and your deposit can then be refunded or transferred.

🔸 Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
🔸 No-shows – The full appointment cost will be invoiced.
