Starting 2026 as we mean to go on!
Everyone that works within Retson premises has a cancellation policy. Wether employed or self
employed with there own business like me. To make it easier we are now ALL following the same policy so there will be no confusion.
We have heard every excuse under the sun to get out of paying cancellation/no show fees. Also the comment “I didn’t know there was a policy” doesn’t stand for a thing unless you’ve been living in the dark ages so please don’t embarrass yourself by saying this 🙈.
Wanting to move your appointment within the 36hrs is not a get out of paying card. It’s the same as cancelling then booking in at a later date 🙄 you will be charged.
You choosing to take on an extra shift at work is
not a valid reason for late cancellation or no show! You will be charged.
You cancel last minute as you’ve decided
you’d rather go for lunch with the girls. Sound lovely but again your choice to break policy rules after booking. You will be charged.
Lying about your mum dying when I know she’s still alive… you will be charged. (Yes this did happen and no I was not fazed by it)
Turing up and not wanting half of your treatments because apparently you didnt know
What your getting even though you were the one that booked in and asked for the treatments ( shoot me now 🔫 🤣)
I could go on and on but I won’t bore you’s all.
In the unfortunate event that you choose to cancel late (without a genuine valid reason) or not show up a payment link will be sent via text for any outstanding fees. If you choose not pay you won’t get back in the salon.
Running a small business and keeping it afloat is hard enough in this day and age please don’t make it harder. If YOU choose to make an appointment please turn up 🙏🏼

‼️Treatment List Update ‼️
I put a story up a couple of weeks ago saying I will no longer be offering Back, neck And shoulder massage. After years of doing them it now absolutely kills my back and neck. At the ripe old age of 44 😂 it’s causing me to much pain and discomfort.
P.S peri-menopause has not helped 🙈
