Bookings can be rescheduled anytime outwith 48hrs of the appointment. It’s very easy and can be done via your confirmation email.

Any bookings cancelled within 48 hrs or any no shows incur a loss of deposit. (If a deposit has been paid)
This is standard and has been our policy for a number of years.

We know things can happen and are lenient when required, however it’s very frustrating, especially when we have people waiting for appointments.
