Quality life! What is it? Can I dream it? Can I design it? Can I achieve it?

A quality life is a life that feels rich, fulfilling, and meaningful on your own terms. It’s not just about longevity or material wealth, but about the meaningfulness, the purpose, depth and satisfaction of your daily experience, long term plan and impact either at the moment or in the future.

What does a good life, quality life look like for you?

Am I living in alignment with what matters the most to me?

To navigate through life, guidance and direction are essential. The above question sets the scene for this space, my space, your space, our space:

1. What is quality life? What do I value?

2. What is preventing me to pursue my vision of quality life that I envision?

3. What am I doing now and does it align with my vision?

4. Do I have the faith, the courage and the hope for the achievement of my authentically desired life-vision?
