Quality has always been my number one priority, and unfortunately the extreme heat and humidity this week are making it difficult to guarantee the standard of retention I expect from every set.

Some appointments booked for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday may be moved to an early morning slot or rearranged for next week to ensure you receive the best possible results.

Lash products are extremely sensitive to temperature and humidity, and I’d rather rearrange an appointment than provide a service that isn’t likely to last.

Clients with upcoming holidays and special occasions will be prioritised for early morning appointments where possible.
