For such a long time I never saw myself as putting my walls up emotionally, I never realised just how much sitting in resentment and anger was actually blocking me from finding the one thing that I do truly want… which in the end is always love 🥹

To those that are struggling with letting go, try do whatever you need to, get out of the pride, the stubbornness, look inward and let go so you can move forward ❤️

💡Little chat about perception, NOT about religion although it’s mentioned 😅 so many of us look at things differently and we can often lack understanding of the other persons point of view, leading to conflict and arguments 😩

Sometimes stop, pause and think before responding and reacting.

Ask yourself is this person able to see things as I do?

Is there any point continuing if not?

It is more than likely that if you have had a negative experience in a relationship of any kind you will most likely take negative attributes from those relationships and embody them as your own…

It can be hard to look at ourselves as the “bad guy” but accountability and responsibility leads to change, something I know many of us are really fighting for right now 😩

Give yourself grace, be nice to yourself, it’s about our intentions now not the things we can’t change 🫶🏽❤️

Current life events have really got me reflecting on my journey and how far I’ve come 👏🏽

When I mean EVERYTHING has changed 😅

It’s very surreal, but I’m proud of what I’ve achieved so far, and can’t wait to continue to help others do the same ❤️🙌🏽
