In this week's relaxing prenatal yoga class at we're focusing on pelvic floor health 🤰

During pregnancy, the pelvic floor muscles come under pressure from the extra weight of your growing baby, amniotic fluid, placenta, and the growth of the womb. This extra downward pressure and effect from pregnancy hormones causes stretching and tiring of the pelvic floor muscles. Join us on Wednesday 8th May, 6.30-7.30pm to try some breathing exercises and gentle movements to support, strengthen and connect 🤰

Would you like to join us? We have drop in spots available for £10/class - just send me a message to book or if you have any questions 😊♥️
