As I surrender further into the arms of the Goddess I find my self at a threshold a doorway into the unknown. Surrendering to life.
I am now choosing to focus my energy on that which makes my heart sing and my soul dance. Here’s a bit about me. 💫
Amy started practicing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage in 2020 after training with Despina (AYM UK). She immediately embraced this holistic massage technique, which aligned so well with her passion for yoga asana.

Having held a strong yoga practice for over 15 years, in 2023, Amy completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a Reiki master attunement and Sekhem energy healing. She is able to offer her clients a beautiful combination of AYM and Reiki healing. Pure bliss!

Presently, Amy is exploring embodied yoga and somatic practices, heavily entwined in ancient philosophy. She is deeply engaged in her healing practices and how we can translate and apply them to our modern lives.

As a single mother, Amy aims to support women through all stages of life. Known for her empathetic nature and serene presence, Amy provides a gentle and mindful experience where you are truly seen and held.
