Shoulder Restriction‼️

Similar to my previous client a few weeks back, this client has had some chronic shoulder paid, radiating down into her arm, this in turn then causing a restriction in her mobility and flexibility of her shoulder/arm.

We done a 45 minutes massage and her shoulder gained more flexibility and a reduction in discomfort!

My client has been suffering with shoulder and scapula pain for months with little resolve!

She’s complained of a reduced range of movement to the Left shoulder which is affecting her day to day life!

She had a 60 minute massage were we particularly focused on the upper back, and those upper body muscle to the L side that all connect with each other!

The Before photo shows her obvious reduction and ability of movement to place her arm behind her back, and the after photo shows how the power of a good massage has allowed her movement to considerably improve, she doesn’t feel as restricted the pain has minimised and the muscles feel looser!🙌🏻
