It can feel uneasy to be around people who are controlling and scared of life just being life. Things are much easier and more joyful when you can learn to go and know that life will flow just fine anyway…

This is advice I followed myself so I know it works well! Courage plays a huge part in our lives sometimes and is the quality we need to select to walk right through that challenge. We all have immense courage within us , whether we realise it or not. I wish you courage in all you face in life💜!

I regularly have to remind myself that operating out of fear never bodes well! I notice sometimes a lot of advice about “protecting our energy” and “keeping negative people out”! I understand the need to keep an eye on our environment, but I think we creep into a “ Fear Mode” here sometimes. Instead of this, I’m finding it more helpful to focus on expressing my own essence as well as looking after myself first, before I attend to others’ needs. This is a way I can keep my energy fresh and positive for myself m, without focusing so much non the fear of other people’s influence. 💜. # reikileeds # No Fear # self confidence

I have a new plan! Each day at breakfast, I’m asking myself how I want to express my essence that day. Then, how will I put my OWN NEEDS FIRST before entering my day of service to others? This is VERY IMPORTANT for me as I am someone, like you who works in the “ service industry “. For example, Mothers, Healers, Teachers, Nursers, Massage Therapists, Beauticians, Counsellors etc. We all feel a pull to help other people. It’s part of our purpose here on Earth 🌍! BUT we need to be aware of our OWN NEEDS FIRST so we can do our purpose that we love without getting unwell and run down ourselves! We “ Service People” are here to ENJOY AND EXPEESS OUR OWN ESSENCE FIRST AND FOREMOST! 💜.

I have a beautiful son who is about to turn 13! I feel proud and excited about his special birthday and I’ve been reminiscing about our life together. We have a great energy between us and lots of fun and laughter in life. But I would say, I have often tried too hard and forcefully to make everything PERFECT in our lives. This is something I’ve decided to let go of as we head into our celebrations 🎉. Life doesn’t need to be perfect to be great, anything can be walked through and handled and my son is strong, resilient and amazing! It’s a wonderful relief to let go and just celebrate 🎂🍰🎉. # wellnessholistics # family # self awareness

This is a “me” thing, but I don’t want to push away my Ego here on Earth. I believe I need it to express my personality day to day. I see the aspects of myself that are helpful and unhelpful in life, but they’re all part of me and I embrace them. # healing # self love acceptance development

Let your own essence flow, know what makes you unique and allow yourself to express fully and freely throughout your life. This is how we’re meant to express our Souls on Earth. We don’t need to be afraid to be ourselves anymore here.

Through healing, I have very much reconnected with this fundamental part of my truth and essence being. As a young girl, I gravitated towards very strong, wild women and music that allowed me to express that in myself! I feel so happy and liberated to allow this connection back into my being again in 2024! # women # love # freedom
