@ Greed,

Some say greed is human nature. Although we know that many people do not have greed they donate millions. Evolution can change the nature of those humans by changing their genes. I believe one day scientists will do that. For the time being we can put those in the prison who decorate their offices with the pictures of Shahid Bhagat Singh and Dr Ambedkar but are full of greed and have no respect for the pictures on their wall . We can help many ways to improve the morals of the younger generations by setting good examples, in the class room, on the stage, through films. Through artists and through religious teachings like Our gurus did. Every greedy person knows somebody who is honest and is living on his genuine earnings, may be a farmer, a soldier.his friend or a relative. He should follow their examples to controle his greed.

@ Role of the readers in the Indian administration system.

Readers play the most important roles whether it is
Police department. Revenue department, Courts or advocates services.
The court's readers work in the presence of the Judges and the public, therefore have less chance to get bribery. It concludes that the revenue department and the police department should have a common room where the officers can see the public members coming and going. In case the readers sit in a separate room then there should be a live photo camera visible to the officer.

The gap of the hearing dates of the courts are a lot closer than before since the employment of young lady Judges which is a help although the accused generally do not attend the hearing easily and avail the benefit of 3 chances allowed to them under the present legislation.

We should therefore write to the Government to change this rule and give one chance only to both parties.
This will reduce the costs of running the courts, advocacy and traffic on the road consuming less oils and saving lives with accidents. It will also increase working hours and national production.

@ late Baba Mehar Singh is my father first cousin late Daljit Thandi husband was one of the eleven pilots of the world. He became Air Vice Marshal and flew his plane under the Jehlam river bridge to land at the hill which was under the possession of the Pakistan army during the first war after partition. Nehru Govt . Promoted Mr Kaul one of Mr Nehru, s relative to the position of Air Marshal although it should have been Baba Mehar Singh the most deserving man . He therefore quitted his job and became the pilot of Maharaja Patiala, a private plane . Unfortunately, his plane caught fire while he was on his way to collect his highness from Delhi Airport .
It is so sad to note that his name is not displayed at Ludhiana Musium of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which
I request to the present Governent to keep his name in the history of India

@ whom do we favour in the present war among America, Israel on one side and Iran on the other side .

Different nationalities are living in each of these countries. We Indians are spread all over the world and are worried about their safety. Our efforts should be to stop this war rather than taking sides. Our media should change their tactics and work hard to give their views to help stop the war rather than blaming America all the time. America has laws of conscription to force the family to send one person to the war which is most worrying. We must weigh every word before we speak in the media. War follows after long warnings to each other, the warnings continue during the war and end after reconciliation. Certain countries are working hard to help stop the war and the public at large in America is against it. Let us join them. It is a matter of concern to all of us.

@ Sleeplessness,

is a growing problem throughout the world.
There are many reasons behind this problem.

Age factor, anxiety of divorce, illness, family problems, unemployment, court cases. War, life style and negative thinking.
I propose some solution which I promise will help if followed by the patients.

First of all one should create an environment in one's bedroom. The room should be well ventilated and should have simple and pleasant decorations. It should have two pictures on the side walls one of your profit and the other of your Mum. And a third picture of a nature,s scene on the front wall.
The mattress should be moderately hard and the pillows and bedsheets should be of white colour cotton. One should use two pillows. There should be a zero power light bulb. The head should be towards the east or the south.
Food , one should take light food around 6 PM and should watch TV programmes of comedy or discovery. No Wars news or any horror films.
People should not use alcohol to help them sleep or any sleeping pills . A warm cup of milk or a cup of chamomile tea is recommended.
One should retire at 8.30 or 9 pm. One should never worry about sleep before going to bed or during the spell of being unable to sleep .
One should sleep on the left side first, then on the back and then on the right.
Mind over matter , put all the worries in one bundle and leave the bundle outside the front door . Try to relax, do short prayers and engage your mind in one of your hobbies. Imagine a walk in the park, driving through the countryside or planning a holiday. Once you move your mind away from your worries the sleep will come especially in the later hours of the night .
Above all think positive.
Take the example of the other people who are engaged in war, the poor who have no roof on their head, the patients suffering from terminal illness and stand up against the challenges of life, be brave, be positive.
Sleep will come if not today, it will come tomorrow. Love yourself and forget about others.

Pakistan land kabja laws allow prompt possession to the legal owners and sentences to the unlawful kabja party. Here in India NRIs are going round in circles for years without any solution. The authorities are aware of the real owner although they cannot help without legislation in place.

@ Just shows how much money and lives are wasted to stay wealthy. Nations are exploited to back up their decision to start war.

Armies have no choice, they obey the orders and suffer in silence.

May God put some sense in all of us and help stop this cruel war .

@ Impressions of war.

When countries attack each other, it is an example of irresponsible street fight in a big way by irresponsible leaders .
The public dislikes their actions and they make themselves small in the minds of the public. Young soldiers die leaving their mothers and family in agony for the rest of their lives.Innocent Civilians die on both sides .War monger leaders die themselves for the sake of their ego.
The disagreement among them is a part of dirty politics and of greed. The differences can be resolved round the table and through the UNO.
War is dirty with loss of lives and leaves huge economic loss far greater than what they think they will gain with the action of war
May God put some sense in these leaders and help resume peace in the world.

@ NRI, s sufferings.

NRIs are suffering due to the tricks played by the criminal, irresponsible and unlawful defendants.
They do not attend court hearings on purpose to delay the decision. The courts and the advocates are too busy to bring about an early action against them .
This is an ongoing problem. It is time for our legal system to find a solution as there is waste of time and extra costs of running the courts. In my openion the defendants advocates should be given responsibility to make their clients to attend the hearing and the exemption of 3 chances should be reduced to one chance only. The other proposal is to stop the tradition of sending the notice to the defendant through a court staff as some of these staff are paid by the defendants and give wrong information to the courts. The best option is to send a written notice to them and a copy to their advocate like it is done in the Europe.
