An update on some personal news for a lot of my clients, who I have lots of chats with when you come to see me religiously every year and, who have become friends…

My lovely fiancé got down on one knee 8days ago on a run past the place we first met 🥰

We couldn’t be happier ❤️

As many of my clients know.. I have a small obsession with running and anything active.

This year I have already ran Boston marathon, and have Berlin marathon planned for the end of September and Chicago marathon two weeks later in October.

For Berlin, I am raising money for a super charity that gives disabled children and young people better access to participation in sport. With my love of fitness, I couldn’t think of a better charity for me to support whilst reaching my 6 world major goal.
