This is a live chat to whichever member of staff is working.
Use this for cancellations or any general enquires
Only use contact email if you want to speak to the manager about a situation

New feature added to app which goes live over next day or two.
We've introduced a chat section (similar to whatsapp)
Chat direct to the staff member if you want to cancel your appointment etc
We will be disabling Facebook chat as not all staff have access to it.
If anyone has any ideas to make the app better we are open to suggestions

We have in our possession a bracelet which was left in bed 4.
If its yours just pop in and ask staff for it just describe it so we know the right person is collecting it :)

AS WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY ANY WEEKLY PASSES WHICH WERE DUE TO END ON THESE DAYS WILL BE EXTENDED SO DONT PANIC YOU WONT LOOSE OUT :)

ATTENTION!
We have had a few staff and customers complain about feeling uncomfortable.
please do not turn up in your pyjamas as you will be refused from the shop, due to making other customers feel uncomfortable.
Also we are getting to the busiest time of the year and the shop isn't big enough for prams in the shop .

So our app has had some updates to it by Monday both android and iPhone will be done and you will require to log back in.
Don't panic as I know most won't remember your password so we added a reset your password button :)
