I recently took part in some skin cancer training to be able to identify suspicious lesions and hopefully help identify early signs of skin cancer. I’m unable to diagnose but hopefully it could help improve prognosis and even prevent death. Ultraviolet Radiation is the primary source of skin cancers so it’s super important to look after your skin with SPF even when it’s cloudy! Just to add to this a lot of people aren’t aware that the blue light from phones and laptops is even more ageing than the sun so make sure you get a really good sunscreen protection with this in!
