Back pain….
Muscle ruptures of the Back commonly occur in people who have tight muscles, from lack of stretching or because of poor posture, repetitive action but also in weightlifters, footballers, Rugby players, Golfers, Tennis Players, Martial artists and many other Sports.
The injury can be a minor rupture and is usually located in the long and large flat muscles.
Taking preventative measures to ensure your muscles & joints remain healthy and strong with an adequate range of movement will reduce the risk of premature wear of joints and ruptures.
Having regular massages, muscle & Joint assessments, is a large part of maintaining your peak performance for a longer period of time.
