✨ New Online Booking System ✨

I’m excited to share that my new booking system is now live 🎉

Clients can now book their appointments online themselves at any time.
If you haven’t received an email invite yet, don’t worry — you can still book directly via the booking link as normal.

🔔 Important update:

Going forward, all appointments will require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This helps secure your slot and manage the diary more smoothly.

✨️Booking System Update ✨

I’m currently setting up a brand new online booking system to make things much smoother for everyone 💚

If I already have your email address, you may receive an email asking you to create an account so that all future appointments can be booked and managed online, including confirmations and reminders.

The switch should be fully completed over the next couple of days. During this changeover, you may receive reminders from both Fresha and Ovatu – apologies if this causes any confusion, it’s just part of the transition.
