Sports Massage Therapy - Like deep tissue massage but will use manual therapy to help manipulate the muscle and fascia. This massage will also use trigger point therapy to help ease any pain in certain areas in the body as well as effleurage, knuckles and elbows to reach the desired result. Sometimes where you may be feeling the pain isn't the cause of the pain it could be coming from somewhere else. The goal with sports massage is to help with injuries, and or injury prevention, flexibility and blood flow.

Deep Tissue Massage -This type of massage is in the name. It uses deep pressure with a combination of slow strokes like effleurage. The goal of this massage is to help loosen tight muscles and tension. This massage will use soft knuckles, elbows or fingers to get deep into the muscle to help relieve any pain or tension.
