Our open day will be on Saturday 9th September from 12pm - 5pm

We have 20 minute taster sessions from our yoga teachers which you can book for free using our MINDBODY app!

We also have 20 minute taster sessions from our therapists too which will need to be booked via email.

All we ask is that you make a donation to the Charity of our choice and this year we are again supporting Feed Leeds Homeless!!

Massages can be customised to your needs to create the perfect bodywork session, including different therapeutic techniques beneficial for individuals with overworked muscles, and those wanting to experience enhanced relaxation, as well as reducing stress and anxiety.
