Ceru-mend

Went to see a lovely lady this morning who has missed 3 hearing appointments due to wax in her ears.
Nervous about wax removal she had tried to remove the wax with olive oil alone with no luck.
Lots of reassurance and talking through procedure lead to quite the outcome, and a very happy hearing lady, who’s hearing was amazing considering she normally wears hearing aids.

So just to show I know how you feel, this is the 3rd time I’ve had to irrigate my ears this year 😩 this is just a little of what came out of my right ear.
