Movement has always been part of that choice for me.

The smallest adjustments often make the biggest difference. These are some of the most common things we correct in exercises like the plank, roll down & side bend. Not because the movement is completely “wrong” but because a few small tweaks in alignment, control and engagement can completely change how the exercise feels and the benefits you get from it 🙌🏼

Pilates is all about precision, and sometimes the smallest correction is the thing that helps everything finally click.
